Q: What time is check in?
A: From 2.00 pm
Q: What time is check out?
A: Before 12.00 noon
Q: What types of rooms are offered at your hotels?
A: Future Inns UK city hotels offer standard guest rooms with either two double beds, or a double and a sofa bed and suite facilities.
Q: Do your hotels have restaurants and bars?
A: The on site restaurants and bars are full service and offer breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
Q: Do the hotels have fitness facilities?
A: We have an exercise room equipped with basic cardio training equipment exclusively for our guests to work up a sweat. Open daily from 6 am to 10 pm.
Q: Do you have smoking rooms?
A: All Future Inn hotel rooms are non smoking. Future Inns hotel has a non smoking policy within the hotel. Any person found to be smoking in a non smoking room will incur a penalty charge of £250. Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas.
Q: Do your hotels have parking?
A: Yes, we offer free on site parking to all guests.
Q: Do your hotels have a room guarantee policy?
A: Yes, reservations are held until 2 pm on the day of arrival; however, guests have the option of guaranteeing for late arrival by providing a credit card number, with security code, located on the back signature strip.
Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and all major direct debit cards. We do not accept Visa Electron or Cash Payments.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Should your plans change, please
contact the hotel to cancel your reservation before 2 pm on the day of arrival. Reservations that are not cancelled before will be charged in full for the first night's stay. Upon cancelling you will be given a cancellation ref number. For all bookings made during City Events, please contact the hotel direct for information on the cancellation policy.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Sorry no pets are allowed due to allergy concerns. Service animals for persons with disabilities are allowed.

A: We have extensive meeting room facilities. Please contact the relevant Future Inns hotel direct for details.
