We provide a feedback form to every room for Future Inns hotel guests and to every person using our professional meeting room facilities. Your opinion counts and enables us to strive for constant Improvement and we ask that you take time at the end of your visit to give us your comments.

However, we do not expect guests to suffer in silence and would ask that any issue during your stay is raised with the duty manager. We want you to leave happy and wanting to return, give us a chance to put right any issues.
