Best Rate Guarantee

We guarantee to offer the best available rate in the market for any hotel bookings made on futureinns.co.uk or direct with the hotels, if you find a better or lower rate elsewhere for the same booking details then we will honour that rate subject to the terms and conditions below:

• Room must be booked direct on Future Inns’ website, or directly with our hotels on the lowest rate that was available at the time of booking in order for the Guarantee to apply.
• If a lower rate is found a Guarantee claim must be submitted to the respective Future Inn where the booking was made together with a screen-shot showing the booking details and the lower quoted rate.
• Any lower rate must be for the same hotel, room type, dates and have the same restrictions and rules as the rate booked with Future Inns.
• Any Guarantee claim must be submitted within 24hrs of booking and also must be received not less than one day prior to the arrival date to allow time for claim to be processed.
• The Guarantee does not apply to any non-public rates (for example negotiated corporate rates; group, event, banqueting or conference rates; rates linked to any other promotion or voucher). The Guarantee does not apply to pre-agreed rates with specific clubs, societies, groups or organisations.
• On a booking for multiple nights, each night will be checked on an individual basis for rate comparison.
• No claims can be submitted based on fluctuations or disparity in currency exchange rates.
• Future Inns reserve the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice.

How can I make a claim?

• Obtain your confirmation number of the reservation made either on futureinns.co.uk or made directly with the hotel.
• Complete your claim form online and return in full to us. Claim will be verified and we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours
• Claim must include the following:
  • Full web address of website where the lower rate has appeared
  • Future Inns Confirmation/ Reservation number
  • The price offered by the competing website
  • Your Full Contact details, email address & telephone number.
